What you will do

• Install, qualify, maintain, and repair complex metrology equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose root causes of technical issues and execute independent action plans.
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders to manage planning and progress.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and cleanroom procedures while working on hardware.
• Provide continuous improvement through failure analysis reports and procedure updates.
• Collaborate with application engineers and management to ensure operational readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s engineering degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Customer Support department for high-tech products.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with hirify.global lithography/metrology systems or similar technology.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology per US Export Administration Regulations.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a cleanroom environment wearing required PPE.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Mechanical aptitude in pneumatics, hydraulics, and electronics.
• Experience with semiconductor process software.
