What you will do

• Monitor tool and process performance to support semiconductor manufacturing operations.
• Identify and classify defects while assisting with yield-related investigations.
• Review process data and address out-of-specification conditions to maintain stability.
• Operate and maintain inspection equipment according to standard operating procedures.
• Collect and document data to support continuous improvement and defect reduction.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Must be able to work night shifts in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
• Associate’s Degree in a STEM field OR High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in electronic systems operation, maintenance, or troubleshooting.
• Strong aptitude for detail-oriented work and critical problem-solving.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no immigration sponsorship provided).
• Proficiency with standard PC tools including Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in a semiconductor-related STEM discipline.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing workflows and statistical process control (SPC).
• Experience in a mask or wafer manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to mentor peers and contribute to team capacity.
