What you will do

• Configure Salesforce solutions including fields, page layouts, permissions, and automation.
• Partner with Implementation Managers to translate customer requirements into technical delivery plans.
• Build and troubleshoot Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and configuration-driven business logic.
• Manage data migration, cleanup, and backfill activities using Data Loader and structured imports.
• Configure and validate Salesforce security models, including profiles, roles, and sharing settings.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define technical gaps and support go-live readiness.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience implementing and configuring Salesforce or Salesforce-based SaaS solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and reporting.
• Proficiency in building and troubleshooting Salesforce Flows.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security architecture, including profiles, roles, and permission sets.
• Experience with data migration tools like Data Loader and structured data imports.
• Ability to deliver custom configuration within managed packages while maintaining system integrity.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Experience in healthcare, credentialing, or provider data management.
• Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, or Salesforce metadata.
• Experience using AI tools to improve implementation efficiency and documentation quality.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project delivery systems.
