Salary: $135,000 - $145,000

What you will do

• Develop and automate financial reports and dashboards to improve business performance visibility and decision-making.
• Design and maintain scalable data infrastructure and comprehensive financial datasets to support FP&A needs.
• Integrate data from various sources, including ERP systems, CRM, and operational databases, into unified datasets.
• Collaborate with IT and data science departments to ensure data alignment and integrity across the organization.
• Establish and enforce data governance standards and best practices within the finance team.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall data quality and reporting efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or data management.
• At least 2 years of experience focused on data infrastructure and dataset development.
• Proficiency in data management tools (SQL, Python, R) and data visualization tools (Power BI).
• Experience with financial systems such as SAP or Oracle and strong financial modeling skills.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills for distilling complex data into insights.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and be able to work in a hybrid setup in NYC or Edgewood, NY.
