What you will do

• Lead Stripe Issuing efforts across the UK and European markets.
• Define product strategy and roadmaps for card program management.
• Design user-facing APIs and interfaces based on direct customer feedback.
• Collaborate with engineering, legal, risk, and compliance teams to shape product plans.
• Partner with go-to-market teams to scale the EMEA Issuing business.
• Ensure products are built in a scalable and performant manner.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a product role.
• Domain knowledge in financial products, particularly card issuing, financial systems, and card networks.
• Experience building platform and/or API products.
• Strong focus on scaling products in close collaboration with go-to-market teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in London
