What you will do

• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior sales leadership on high-priority commercial opportunities and challenges.
• Translate commercial priorities into scalable operating models, processes, and governance frameworks.
• Lead the design and launch of the Sales Compass incentive framework and the Sales Operating System.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue Strategy & Ops, Product, Finance, and Enablement teams.
• Establish success metrics and performance frameworks to measure seller effectiveness and business impact.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Revenue Operations, or Management Consulting.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for analyzing large datasets.
• Ability to interpret basic SQL or use AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Codex) to generate queries.
• Proven track record of leading high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must be based within 50 miles of a Reddit hub city in North America or Europe.
