What you will do

  • Own and improve reporting infrastructure, dashboards, and data models to serve as the source of truth across the sales organization.
  • Synthesize pipeline, forecast, and revenue data into clear, actionable narratives for sales leadership.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales planning cycle, including capacity modeling, territory design, and quota allocation.
  • Drive the forecasting operating rhythm to identify risks and improve accuracy over time.
  • Implement AI tools and agent-based workflows to automate reporting and surface deep insights.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and Product teams to align on shared metrics and strategic priorities.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in sales strategy, revenue operations, or strategy consulting within high-growth SaaS/tech companies.
  • Deep understanding of pipeline mechanics, forecasting methodologies, and core GTM metrics.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for complex financial modeling and formula-driven analysis.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and BI tools such as Looker, Omni, or Tableau (SQL proficiency preferred).
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Fluency in using AI assistants and prompting techniques as a core part of daily operational workflows.
