Salary: $115,000 - $175,000 USD

What you will do

• Drive GTM strategy across customer segments using data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with Revenue leadership, Finance, and HR to define ambitious growth visions.
• Develop recommendations for strategic initiatives based on deep analytical analysis.
• Support real-time business forecasting and challenge conventional funnel approaches.
• Build executive-level reporting to enable effective decision-making.
• Connect data across Customer Success, Support, and Services organizations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, GTM FP&A, or strategy consulting.
• Proven annual planning experience, preferably in high-tech or enterprise software.
• Strong technical skillset including SQL, Tableau, and Excel.
• Ability to build relationships with GTM executives and navigate ambiguity.
• Experience analyzing marketing, sales, and customer data.
