TL;DR
Director, Revenue Operations (SaaS): Leading combined GTM planning, process, and engineering disciplines to drive revenue strategy and system automation with an accent on GTM architecture, incentive design, and tech stack optimization. Focus on building scalable revenue systems, eliminating CRM debt, and partnering with executive leadership to maximize sales velocity.
Location: Must be based in the USA (Hybrid/Remote/Onsite options available).
Salary: $180,000 - $225,000 USD

What you will do
- Define and own the GTM architecture, including market segments, coverage models, and planning logic.
- Lead annual planning processes, including capacity modeling, territory design, and quota allocation.
- Design and implement GTM compensation plans to drive desired sales behaviors.
- Own the roadmap and architecture for GTM systems like Salesforce, CPQ, Anaplan, and Xactly.
- Lead complex projects to eliminate manual CRM debt and build automated, behavior-based workflows.
- Hire, mentor, and develop a cross-functional team of planning analysts and system engineers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales strategy, or GTM finance.
- 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Deep expertise in GTM tech stacks, specifically Salesforce and CPQ.
- Strong background in capacity modeling, territory design, and quota methodology in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA (visa sponsorship is not available).
- Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of presenting to executive leadership.
