What you will do

• Manage end-to-end product analytics using Heap, Contentsquare, and Amplitude to drive strategic trade-off calls.
• Design and run the customer feedback loop, synthesizing signals from tickets and usage data into actionable roadmap inputs.
• Centralize the product roadmap and facilitate planning cycles using Productboard and Jira.
• Administer the product toolstack and define governance to maintain data cleanliness and purposeful workflows.
• Build and maintain internal AI agents (Dust, n8n, Claude) to automate spec drafting, meeting synthesis, and reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product operations, technical program management, or product management in a SaaS or platform company.
• Technical background in engineering, computer science, or a builder-track PM path.
• Experience reading data models and discussing architectural trade-offs with engineering teams.
• Proficiency in product analytics and AI agent design (LLM-based agents).
• Fluent English and French (Professional Proficiency).
