What you will do

• Define product strategy and vision for data and AI initiatives in alignment with the CPO and business goals.
• Conduct deep-dive client interviews to identify pain points and translate them into a fast-to-market roadmap.
• Architect digital solutions, workflows, and data sources to produce valuable insights and AI-driven features.
• Oversee the delivery of the global product roadmap, collaborating with UX, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
• Monitor usage metrics and iterate on product experience to maximize user impact.
• Manage a small team of product managers to fulfill roadmap requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
• Technical proficiency in APIs, web backend, CMS platforms, frontend development, and AI concepts.
• Functional knowledge of the financial sector and ability to translate complex data into products.
• Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English: C1 (fluent) required
