What you will do

• Meet directly with customers to gather feedback, discuss pain points, and validate potential improvements.
• Translate synthesized qualitative and quantitative feedback into product recommendations for the roadmap.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to define requirements and prioritize user experience enhancements.
• Analyze usage and performance data using modern data tools and AI/LLM-based approaches to uncover insights.
• Implement tools and dashboards for tracking key product metrics and KPIs such as latency and reliability.
• Contribute to Knowledge Base articles and product demos to support go-to-market launches.

Requirements

• Master's student from an engineering or business school or university.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong communication skills for running customer conversations and navigating stakeholder tradeoffs.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Paris or Madrid.

Nice to have

• Previous internship experience in a product or project team.
• Knowledge of SaaS and product development cycles.
