What you will do
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across IP services including renewals, filings, and management solutions.
- Build and execute strategic territory and account plans to meet growth objectives.
- Conduct discovery sessions and present tailored solutions combining services and technology.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with Heads of IP, General Counsel, and law firm partners.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through contract execution.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data in CRM systems.
Requirements
- 7–15 years of business development or sales experience in IP services, legal solutions, or consulting.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in complex sales environments.
- Strong ability to build executive relationships and influence decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Must be based in the US.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Direct experience selling patent/trademark renewals and docketing services.
- Experience working with multinational clients.
