What you will do

  • Build and maintain deep, multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders including Managing Partners, General Counsel, and CIOs.
  • Educate law firm clients and prospects on the full suite of hirify.global products to position the company as a premier technology partner.
  • Manage a robust pipeline of opportunities using the hirify.global Sales Methodology and maintain accurate CRM data.
  • Meet and exceed targets for add-on sales, upgrades, and renewal retention while mitigating churn.
  • Represent the company at high-profile industry events, conferences, and through marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a strong focus on the legal industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in account planning, development, and long-term territory management.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales, renewal, and retention goals within the legal vertical.
  • Deep familiarity with the legal technology landscape, including practice management, risk, and compliance solutions.
  • Executive-level communication and influencing skills to engage confidently with senior leadership stakeholders.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States as this role is US-based.
