What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for organizing and confirming meetings and phone calls.
  • Manage documentation, including filing and comparing Word and PDF documents.
  • Prepare legal letters and carry out research to support the Business Affairs team.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and process expenses for the executive team.
  • Develop training materials and deliver internal presentations to ensure company best practices.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Music Business Affairs Executive.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant (EA).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with a confidential and discrete approach.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, approachable attitude.
  • Must be based in London, United Kingdom
