Compensation: $19 – $21 per hour base + uncapped commissions (OTE: $100,000 – $150,000+)

What you will do

• Respond to inbound calls from prospective customers for personal line auto, home, and specialty insurance.
• Educate customers on coverage details, pricing, and policy options.
• Prepare and bind quotes through a network of 55+ carrier partners.
• Handle objections and solve problems to remove barriers to policy purchase.
• Engage in high-energy conversations to find the best insurance fit for each individual.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a top-performing sales agent.
• Must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities.
• Passionate about helping others.
