TL;DR

Insurance Sales Agent (Insurance): Converting inbound leads into bound policies by matching customers with optimal coverage from a network of 55+ carrier partners with an accent on policy education and objection handling. Focus on preparing accurate quotes and delivering high-energy customer consultations to drive policy growth.

Location: Remote (Must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada)

Compensation: Base $19–$21 per hour; On-target annual earnings (OTE): $100,000–$150,000+

What you will do

  • Handle inbound calls from prospective customers for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance
  • Educate customers on coverage details, pricing, and policy benefits
  • Prepare and bind quotes through 55+ carrier partners
  • Resolve customer objections and remove barriers to purchase
  • Maintain high-energy engagement to ensure customers find the best-fitting policies

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a top-performing sales agent
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Must currently reside in one of the specified US states or Ontario, Canada
  • Passion for helping customers and delivering high-quality service
