What you will do
- Coordinate and deliver comprehensive end-to-end product, system, and onboarding training for external clients.
- Facilitate blended learning sessions via virtual classrooms (Microsoft Teams, GoToWebinar), phone coaching, and on-site visits.
- Author and update diverse training collateral, including quick-start guides, user manuals, and instructional videos.
- Lead train-the-trainer workshops to scale internal training capabilities.
- Analyze course evaluations and data insights to continuously iterate on teaching methods and materials.
- Partner with business leaders to define and streamline internal processes for training deployment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of dedicated experience in software/product training or instructional design.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Exceptional presentation and virtual facilitation skills for both large groups and one-on-one coaching.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a track record of building collaborative client relationships.
- Ability to work autonomously, analyze complex challenges, and present strategic recommendations to leadership.

- Experience within the Real Estate industry.
- Prior experience in curriculum development for digital enablement or software adoption platforms.
