Salary: $68,000 - $106,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits. Ranges reflect Colorado, California, and New York markets.

What you will do
- Develop and collaborate on training content to equip BDRs for success.
- Deliver instructor-led courses and webinars virtually and in-person for clients, prospects, partners, and employees.
- Scale customer education programs to enhance product adoption.
- Partner with BDR, sales, marketing, and services teams to drive course attendance and engagement.
- Review recorded sales calls from closed opportunities to improve materials and training for higher win rates.
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration to create a central content center for sales lifecycle materials.
Requirements
- Two years using platform OR 3+ years in software education services, support, professional services, BDR, sales, marketing, or relationship management at financial services or SaaS company.
- Outstanding presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of Wealth Management industry.
- Ability to tailor product value proposition to varied audiences.
- Logistical planning, organizational skills, and project management experience.
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship on day one.
Nice to have
- Recent experience with LMS tools like Articulate 360, Workramp, or Lessonly.
- Experience with learning analytics and Revenue Intelligence platforms like Gong or Chorus.
