Salary: $130,000–$145,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and maintain the training content roadmap in alignment with software releases.
• Lead a team of instructional designers and content developers to create on-demand and instructor-led materials.
• Manage the company's LMS and oversee the overall client training experience.
• Oversee virtual and onsite instructor-led training engagements, including regional conferences.
• Partner with CSM and Support leaders to evaluate training effectiveness and maximize client product adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading education or training teams of up to 12 members.
• Proven experience aligning client education team performance with business goals and metrics.
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Squarespace, or Wix.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Thought Industries, SkillJar, or Docebo.
• Proficiency with Pendo or equivalent product experience platforms to analyze user interactions.
• Current and continued residency within the United States is required.
