What you will do

• Implement and deliver care professional initiatives including Project ECHO, Care Coaching, and Rural Health Transformation.
• Serve as the organizational expert in dementia care practices for long-term, home, and community-based settings.
• Identify, recruit, and engage a network of professionals to align with strategic growth goals.
• Manage relationships with care professional leaders using a relationship sales approach to grow program reach and revenue.
• Present and support conference strategies and provide information on products and services to care professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in social services or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community outreach activities.
• Competency in teaching, training, delivering educational programs, or group facilitation.
• Proven success in project management and meeting strategic goals.
• Valid driver’s license, access to a reliable vehicle, and proof of automobile insurance.
