What you will do

• Set and own the content roadmap for jobseeker trainings, focusing on career readiness, personal branding, and networking.
• Design learning experiences across multiple modalities, including live virtual workshops, self-paced e-learning, and blended learning.
• Monitor labor market trends and AI shifts to ensure curriculum relevance and jobseeker readiness for modern hiring landscapes.
• Leverage AI tools to scale content development and equip jobseekers to use AI effectively in their own job searches.
• Manage, coach, and develop the Instructional Designer and oversee content-related vendors or contractors.
• Collaborate with data and evaluation teams to design assessment architectures that measure learner readiness.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in L&D, curriculum development, or education, including experience managing others.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience designing learning for diverse, multilingual, or immigrant/refugee adult populations.
• Strong working understanding of instructional design concepts and adult learning principles.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and content authoring tools.
• Demonstrated comfort using AI tools in content development or learning design.
