Technical Curriculum Developer (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid, with in-office expectations three days per week from Tuesday through Thursday at the San Mateo, California headquarters, United States

Annual base salary: $115,000–$150,000 USD, plus eligibility for a target bonus.

What you will do

• Design and develop technical learning experiences, including eLearning, certifications, assessments, simulations, videos, job aids, and learning paths.
• Create professional multimedia content using text, video, audio, animation, and interactive elements with tools such as Articulate 360, Storyline, and Rise.
• Collaborate with Solution Engineering, Professional Services, Product, Product Marketing, and technical subject matter experts.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical, and scalable learning experiences for customer-facing technical audiences.
• Build and maintain technical certifications and readiness programs for partners, solution engineers, and professional services teams.
• Measure learning effectiveness through assessments, learner feedback, and business outcomes, then improve content continuously.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience designing technical curricula, digital learning experiences, or enablement programs in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Demonstrated ability to create polished multimedia learning content, including eLearning, video, audio, and interactive experiences.
• Strong learning design skills covering course scope, learning objectives, content structure, and assessments.
• Experience creating learning for technical audiences such as Solution Engineering, Professional Services, Partner Enablement, Customer Education, or Customer Success.
• Technical foundation in computer science, SaaS, enterprise software, or related technologies, with strong technical writing, communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, or similar authoring tools.

• Experience designing technical certifications or assessments.
• Experience with AI-powered learning tools or content creation.
