Salary: $115,000 - $150,000 USD

What you will do

• Design technical learning experiences including eLearning, certifications, simulations, and learning paths for Solution Engineers and Professional Services teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Solution Engineering, and SMEs to translate complex technical concepts into practical, scalable learning.
• Build technical certifications and readiness programs to ensure teams can confidently position, demo, and implement solutions.
• Develop enablement assets such as demo guides, playbooks, reference materials, and competitive content.
• Create digital learning experiences using Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise), multimedia, and interactive techniques.
• Measure and improve program effectiveness through assessments, learner feedback, and business outcomes.

Requirements

• 5-8 years experience designing technical learning curriculum or enablement programs within a SaaS or technology company.
• Experience creating learning specifically for technical customer-facing audiences (e.g., Solution Engineering, Customer Success).
• Proficiency in developing eLearning using Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise) or similar authoring tools.
• Strong instructional design, technical writing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, integrations, and APIs.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the San Mateo, CA headquarters 3 days per week.
