TL;DR
Senior Learning Consultant (EdTech): Deepening and elevating client use of products to meet organization-specific initiatives and pedagogical goals with an accent on project management, change leadership, and customized consultation. Focus on designing engaging, accessible Canvas courses, mentoring institution leaders, and driving product adoption across large organizations.
Location: Must be based in Charleston, South Carolina (5 days per week ONSITE)
Salary: $75,000 – $100,000

What you will do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create and execute detailed communication, training, and engagement plans.
- Provide change leadership using the Success Model to align product use with institutional goals.
- Use a data-informed approach to analyze impact and propose targeted strategies for product adoption.
- Mentor institution leaders, faculty, and staff on maximizing the value of products.
- Plan and conduct consulting sessions to bridge product usage with instructional best practices.
- Build internal organizational capacity to sustain product usage after the consulting period ends.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with products, including designing responsive and accessible Canvas courses.
- At least 3 years of teaching experience within a digital learning environment.
- At least 1 year of experience in an educational leadership position overseeing LMS support for pedagogical purposes.
- Experience leading change and rolling out technology platforms in large organizations.
- Must be able to work 5 days per week ONSITE in the Charleston area.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Technology or an equivalent field.
Nice to have
- Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership or Instructional Technology.
