Business Analyst - Customer Success - Shockwave Medical

Location: Fully remote within the United States

Salary: $75,000–$120,750 annual base pay; US range: $65,000–$104,650; Bay Area range: $75,000–$120,750

What you will do

• Bridge gaps across Order-to-Cash stages with Inventory, Sales Operations, Warehouse, and Distribution teams.
• Validate and analyze post-order data covering shipments, invoicing, inventory reconciliation, consignment programs, and system launches.
• Lead escalation and resolution of order fulfillment issues with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze logistics trends, identify issues, and recommend process improvements.
• Improve processes for credits, rebills, and returns while prioritizing incoming analytical requests.
• Prepare reports and ad hoc analyses for Finance, Commercial, and other partner teams, and support audit procedures.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years supporting Customer Service, Sales Operations, or Finance in an analytical reporting capacity; medical device or pharmaceutical experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of procurement concepts, procedures, and practices.
• Ability to work within a quality system and comply with applicable governmental regulations.
• Strong communication and customer relations skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently or collaboratively.
• Knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables and analysis tools, Salesforce, Power BI, and Oracle ERP.
