Principal Software Engineer (AI)

Salary: $180,347–$270,521 base salary annually

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design and development of complex software solutions, including backend and integration components.
• Shape technical direction, drive architectural decisions, and align engineering strategy with product and business objectives.
• Develop application frameworks, libraries, and reusable components for scalable software delivery.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define technical requirements, scope, and deliverables.
• Address performance, scalability, maintainability, and system stability challenges in distributed applications.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and represent the company in technical communities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience designing and developing complex software systems.
• 10+ years of experience with JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#, including modern development frameworks and technologies.
• Hands-on experience with microservice architectures and large-scale distributed applications.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, scalability, coding standards, and software quality principles.
• Strong technical leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• .NET ecosystem expertise is highly preferred; a degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is preferred.
