The US base salary range for this full-time position is $180,347.00 - $270,521.00

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design and development of software solutions, including back-end and integration components.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define technical requirements and deliverables.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and foster innovation and excellence.
• Drive architectural decisions, coding standards, and adoption of new technologies.
• Develop frameworks, libraries, and reusable components; conduct code reviews.
• Act as technical evangelist at industry events and communities.

Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering with track record leading complex systems using microservice architectures on modern stacks.
• 10+ years using JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#, with expertise in frameworks; .NET ecosystem highly preferred.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related; advanced certifications.
• Deep knowledge of architecture, design patterns, scalability, and distributed systems.
