Location: San Francisco. Open to U.S. and International candidates (salaries are adjusted based on local markets).

Salary: $300K – $405K (for U.S.-based positions)

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership across multiple layers of the AI agents product.
• Develop and scale cutting-edge AI models, infrastructure, and browser technologies for a rapidly growing userbase.
• Guide system architectures and product roadmaps using strong technical and product intuition.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and mentorship for the team, developing rigorous interview pipelines.
• Drive product reliability, code quality, AI evaluation, testing, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with co-founders to deliver strategic objectives that redefine the AI industry.

Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years as an engineering manager.
• Proficiency in Python (experience with TypeScript, Go, or Rust is a bonus).
• Domain expertise in at least one: context engineering for frontier models, post-training/RL (multimodal), or browser technologies (CDP, Playwright).
• Hands-on technical experience with frontier models, particularly those relevant to open-world agents.
• Strong product intuition and a taste for excellence in user experience.
• Ability to manage parallel technical projects and guide opinionated teams through tradeoffs and prioritization.
