Salary: $184,558–$221,369 USD

What you will do
- Direct the full software project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
- Supervise, mentor, and support the career development of a team of five software engineers.
- Drive strategic technical decisions and enforce standards for system architecture, testing, and performance.
- Oversee the development of scalable, event-driven systems using Java, Python, and AWS services.
- Manage compliance initiatives for SMS A2P 10DLC regulations and improve email deliverability.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define long-term engineering strategy and talent roadmaps.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Four years of experience as a Software Engineer or in a technical management role.
- Proven experience with Java, RESTful web services, and SQL relational databases.
- Experience architecting distributed, scalable systems in AWS cloud environments.
- Proficiency with monitoring and observability tools such as Opsgenie or Datadog.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
