What you will do

• Evaluate and settle household goods and logistics claims across multiple lines of business.
• Review claims for accuracy, liability, and compliance with federal regulations, tariffs, and company policies.
• Investigate claim details and gather documentation to allocate settlement responsibility to appropriate parties.
• Communicate with agents, customers, military offices, government agencies, and internal departments.
• Maintain precise claim documentation and case records throughout the resolution process.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and fair claim handling.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of related professional experience.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Legal authorization to work in the US on a permanent basis (no sponsorship).
