What you will do

• Manage the movement of ocean and air freight from booking to final delivery.
• Maintain active communication with transportation and warehousing partners to track shipment progress.
• Ensure data integrity by validating booked shipments, schedules, and client information.
• Handle shipment exceptions and resolve issues to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain high operational quality standards.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures to meet internal productivity and performance goals.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree, or 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Suite (Sheets/Excel).
• English fluency (written and verbal) required.
