What you will do

• Plan, organize, and execute efficient delivery schedules in coordination with field supervisors.
• Map out effective routes for drivers and monitor GPS locations to optimize transportation.
• Monitor and manage product levels and driver status updates.
• Interact with departments and customers to diagnose and resolve delivery delays.
• Ensure full compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Provide professional customer service and support as needed.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Houston.
• High School diploma or equivalent certification.
• Minimum two years of experience in logistics operations (dispatch, routing, load planning).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible shifts (day, night, holiday, weekend).
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and policies.
