What you will do

• Research and identify high-value potential delegates for invitation-only summits.
• Conduct targeted outreach via calls, emails, and social media to drive registrations and revenue.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with C-level executives to ensure continued attendance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with current messaging and promotions.
• Manage accurate records of delegate interactions and feedback using CRM systems.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales KPIs.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B telephone sales (experience in the event industry is a strong advantage).
• Proven track record of delivering targets and meeting KPIs consistently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to collaborate across different teams and functions.
• Must be located in the Philippines.
• Availability to work regular European business hours.
