What you will do

  • Drive new business growth across Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts independently and with SDRs.
  • Perform prospecting, cold calling, account research, and proactive outreach to establish rapport.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to uncover pain points and align product value to measurable outcomes.
  • Manage inbound and outbound opportunities to generate and progress the sales pipeline.
  • Develop quotes and proposals, and handle negotiations via phone, email, and in person.
  • Sell the AI-powered platform to stakeholders in L&D, HR, Internal Comms, Marketing, and Sales Enablement.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within an online software/tech company.
  • Substantial experience in B2B outbound sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Experience working with US clients.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and/or LeadIQ.
  • Native-level English speaker.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience selling into L&D or HR teams.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with the hirify.global visual communication platform.
