hirify.global is a Warsaw-based startup developing advanced football analytics using computer vision and machine learning.

What you will do

• Own the commercial pipeline from first touch to deal closure
• Execute cold outreach to football clubs, scouts, and agents
• Represent the company at industry conferences and events
• Manage and maintain the sales pipeline in the CRM system
• Build repeatable, data-driven sales processes in collaboration with the founding team

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships
• Genuine passion for football and understanding of the professional football ecosystem
• English: B2+/C1 proficiency required
• Comfort with high-volume cold outreach and prospecting
• Strong organizational skills for CRM pipeline management
• Ability to travel to conferences 4–6 times per year

Nice to have

• Professional experience in the sports industry
• Proficiency in German, Spanish, or Portuguese
