Salary: $92,000 – $125,000 annually

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day affiliate program execution, including link management, QA, and partner onboarding.
• Build and support relationships with affiliate partners, retailers, and commerce platforms.
• Monitor partner performance and collaborate with analytics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal product, editorial, and marketing teams to enhance the shopping experience.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow and optimize affiliate revenue.
• Prepare performance reports to support internal communication and decision-making.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or digital business.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing models and tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Must be based in the US within the approved states.
• Not eligible for sponsorship or relocation support.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Impact, CJ Affiliate, or Skimlinks.
• Experience working directly with retailers, agencies, or content publishers.
