TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (North Carolina, USA). Must be assigned to a local office with flexibility to work remotely 2–3 days a week.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute integrated paid media campaigns across paid search, social, programmatic, and display channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners on audience targeting, budget allocation, and bid strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable optimization recommendations.
  • Align paid media programs with broader brand, content, and demand generation objectives.
  • Conduct A/B testing on messaging, creative formats, and landing pages to improve outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain paid media best practices for planning and measurement.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
  • Experience working within technology, financial services, or complex B2B environments.
  • Hands-on experience managing multiple paid channels including Search, Social, and Programmatic.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and identify trends.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
  • Must be based in North Carolina for hybrid office attendance.
