What you will do

• Develop category innovation pipelines from concept to execution.
• Drive consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across packaging, advertising, PR, and digital channels.
• Analyze pricing, positioning, and competitive dynamics in the cordless cleaning market.
• Partner with Consumer Insights to test and validate storytelling and creative assets.
• Lead global go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Product Development and Sales.
• Mentor and develop the Associate Brand Manager.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Marketing experience with a focus on product marketing and positioning.
• 3-5 years of experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG).
• Proven track record in creative strategy and launching new products.
• Degree in Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Must be based in or able to work from Needham, MA, United States.
