Salary: $65,000–$81,000 USD annual

What you will do
- Plan and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across paid search, paid social, content syndication, email nurture, webinars, and virtual and in-person events.
- Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates, lead quality, and cost efficiency.
- Develop campaign briefs and collaborate with content, product marketing, and design to create assets aligned to target buyer personas.
- Maintain a feedback loop with BDR and Sales on lead quality, follow-up cadences, and conversion performance.
- Build and maintain performance reporting for MQL volume, pipeline sourced, channel ROI, and cost per lead.
- Evaluate and test new channels and tactics relevant to the B2B finance and technology market.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of B2B demand generation experience with exposure to pipeline metrics and multi-channel campaign execution.
- Working proficiency with the core demand gen stack: paid search, paid social, marketing automation, and Salesforce.
- Experience using web analytics tools to monitor and report on campaign performance.
- Foundational understanding of B2B buyer journeys and intent-based marketing concepts.
- Ability to write performance-oriented copy and provide creative direction to design and content teams.
- Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
