TL;DR

Member Success Manager (Nonprofit): Managing relationships with Networks and Campbell Institute members to drive engagement and long-term retention with an accent on proactive relationship management and tailored engagement strategies. Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA)

Salary: $80,000 – $85,000

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned members to build trusted, long-term relationships.
  • Develop and execute tailored engagement plans to increase member participation and satisfaction.
  • Support onboarding processes and monitor engagement levels to identify risks and address concerns early.
  • Partner with the Networks team to ensure alignment between member needs and programming, communications, and services.
  • Gather and analyze member feedback through surveys and calls to inform program development and engagement strategies.
  • Resolve member questions and concerns in a timely, solutions-oriented manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, project management, or similar.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in program/project management (or 6 years in lieu of education).
  • Strong relationship-building, interpersonal, and listening skills.
  • Ability to analyze engagement data and translate insights into action.
  • Must be based in the USA to be eligible for company benefits and payroll.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with executive-level contacts.
  • Exposure to occupational safety and health roles.
