Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA)
Salary: $80,000 – $85,000

What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned members to build trusted, long-term relationships.
- Develop and execute tailored engagement plans to increase member participation and satisfaction.
- Support onboarding processes and monitor engagement levels to identify risks and address concerns early.
- Partner with the Networks team to ensure alignment between member needs and programming, communications, and services.
- Gather and analyze member feedback through surveys and calls to inform program development and engagement strategies.
- Resolve member questions and concerns in a timely, solutions-oriented manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business management, project management, or similar.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in program/project management (or 6 years in lieu of education).
- Strong relationship-building, interpersonal, and listening skills.
- Ability to analyze engagement data and translate insights into action.
- Must be based in the USA to be eligible for company benefits and payroll.

- Experience working with executive-level contacts.
- Exposure to occupational safety and health roles.
