What you will do

• Manage logistical and operational readiness for partner activities, convenings, and learning experiences.
• Design inclusive agendas and facilitation plans that align diverse actors around shared visions.
• Develop repeatable templates for planning, partner follow-up, and learning capture.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with immigrant-led organizations and coalitions.
• Synthesize partner feedback and field intelligence into actionable recommendations for internal teams.
• Lead internal alignment activities to translate partner insights into mission-aligned strategic inputs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Social Justice, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in designing and delivering convenings or multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• 3+ years of project management experience with complex timelines and stakeholders.
• Expertise in adult learning principles and inclusive, culturally aware facilitation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for synthesizing complex ideas.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA and capable of operating in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience working across the US and Canada with geographically distributed partners.
• Bilingual or multilingual communication skills relevant to partner communities.
