Location: Must reside within the Western U.S. territory (TX, OK, NM, CO, UT, AZ, NV, CA, OR, WA, ID, WY) and be comfortable with up to 75% travel.
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 plus annual sales incentives.

What you will do
- Drive Pro sales growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Promote the Larson, Therma-Tru, and Fiberon product portfolio across retail and distribution networks.
- Manage large, high-value Pro projects from quote through fulfillment to ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct on-site job visits for project planning, technical troubleshooting, and installation guidance.
- Lead regional Pro events and product training sessions for retail and distribution partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share market insights and customer feedback.
Requirements
- Must reside within the assigned Western U.S. territory and be comfortable with up to 75% travel.
- 3+ years of experience in field sales, business development, or channel management in the building materials or construction industry.
- Direct experience working within the retail environment, specifically Lowe's or The Home Depot.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility with contractors, builders, and distributors.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience selling doors, decking, or millwork.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
