What you will do

• Manage and optimize dealer accounts to drive revenue growth and portfolio performance.
• Cultivate high-level professional relationships across all dealership departments.
• Execute a rigorous cadence of in-store visits and consultations to monitor dealer health.
• Identify and capture new market opportunities to expand the regional dealer network.
• Analyze performance indicators to formulate and execute data-driven action plans.
• Train dealership staff on platform updates and program changes to maximize utility.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in dealership operations or outside sales.
• Proven track record in outside sales within the Powersports, RV, or Marine industries.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a flexible schedule for extensive regional travel.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding quarterly KPIs.
• Deep technical knowledge of the powersports industry and competitive landscape.
