Sales Operations Specialist (Insurance)

Location: Remote, based in Addison, Texas, USA

Salary: $65,000–$70,000 per year

What you will do

• Build and maintain partnerships with sales employees and collaborate with Sales Leadership on performance, processes, and business needs.
• Implement, sustain, evaluate, and optimize retail sales funnels, servicing processes, pre-underwriting, and frontline operations.
• Manage and participate in retail-focused projects, including milestones, deliverables, process decisions, and stakeholder coordination.
• Create and deliver process documentation and training resources for frontline employees and managers.
• Support the design, implementation, evaluation, and sustainment of selling and sales management tools.
• Establish project results and KPIs while conducting regular sales observations and communicating progress across channels.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail sales or related insurance industry experience.
• At least 1 year of project management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with a business orientation.
• Conversational written and spoken Spanish.
