What you will do

• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to evaluate performance and support real-time business needs.
• Implement and optimize sales funnel and servicing processes for retail operations.
• Manage and participate in retail-focused projects, tracking milestones and deliverables.
• Create and deliver process documentation and training resources for frontline staff.
• Conduct regular sales observations to ensure adherence to evolving business requirements.
• Partner with support teams and stakeholders to achieve project and business objectives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Minimum 2 years of retail sales or insurance industry experience.
• Minimum 1 year of project management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
