Salary: $85,000 - $110,000

What you will do

• Provide hands-on support for tools like Copilot, Claude, and ChatGPT to non-technical employees.
• Help employees build and refine AI agents, prompts, and efficiency workflows.
• Design and deliver role-specific enablement sessions and office hours.
• Manage the AI connector and MCP lifecycle from request through installation and validation.
• Partner with Technology and People teams to identify and scale high-impact AI use cases.
• Track AI adoption and business outcomes via an impact scorecard.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of experience in end-user support, enablement, or training.
• Hands-on experience building agents and automating workflows with Copilot, Claude, and ChatGPT.
• Authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

• Portfolio of personally built AI tools, automations, or agents.
• Experience guiding non-technical users through AI-driven workflows.
• Knowledge of AI governance, risk frameworks, and data sensitivity.
