What you will do
- Define and refine the developer education strategy and long-term roadmap for Kiro.
- Create high-impact educational artifacts including tutorials, guides, code samples, and interactive labs.
- Translate complex AI concepts into clear, actionable lessons for developers of all levels.
- Systematically gather developer feedback to identify pain points and inform Product and Engineering improvements.
- Lead community-focused education programs such as office hours, workshops, and webinars.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, STEM, or equivalent professional experience in software development.
- 10+ years of experience in developer education, DevRel, or technical content leadership.
- Deep technical fluency with the ability to read and write code and explain complex concepts clearly.
- Proven success in creating structured learning paths that measurably improve user outcomes.
- Experience with AI-assisted or intelligent developer tools.
Nice to have
- Meaningful public presence in the developer community through technical articles or conference speaking.
- Experience growing or leading an education or DevRel organization.
- Track record of improving developer onboarding and retention through education investments.
