Salary: $164,200 – $330,500 annually

What you will do

• Define and refine the developer education strategy and long-term roadmap for Kiro.
• Create high-impact educational artifacts including tutorials, guides, code samples, and interactive labs.
• Translate complex AI concepts into clear, actionable lessons for developers of all levels.
• Systematically gather developer feedback to identify pain points and inform Product and Engineering improvements.
• Lead community-focused education programs such as office hours, workshops, and webinars.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, STEM, or equivalent professional experience in software development.
• 10+ years of experience in developer education, DevRel, or technical content leadership.
• Deep technical fluency with the ability to read and write code and explain complex concepts clearly.
• Proven success in creating structured learning paths that measurably improve user outcomes.
• Experience with AI-assisted or intelligent developer tools.

Nice to have

• Meaningful public presence in the developer community through technical articles or conference speaking.
• Experience growing or leading an education or DevRel organization.
• Track record of improving developer onboarding and retention through education investments.
