What you will do
- Design and develop learning experiences across multiple formats including eLearning, instructor-led training, and job aids.
- Build scalable, agent-centered training content using Articulate 360 and other authoring tools.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders in Operations, Product, and Underwriting to ensure content accuracy.
- Lead the governance and organization of the operational knowledge base, including audits and version control.
- Integrate generative AI tools into content development workflows to improve speed and scalability.
- Track knowledge base health metrics and learner engagement to identify operational efficiencies.
Requirements
- Must be based in one of the 40 approved US states
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design or a similar L&D role.
- 1-2 years of experience in knowledge management and content strategy.
- Hands-on experience building eLearning content using Articulate Rise or similar platforms.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into plain language.
- Applicable knowledge of adult learning principles and methodologies like ADDIE.
