Salary: $69,000–$94,000 USD

What you will do

• Design and develop innovative learning solutions, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and blended learning programs.
• Lead the full instructional design lifecycle from analysis and design to implementation and evaluation (ADDIE).
• Create scalable learning experiences using digital tools, virtual platforms, and AI-enabled technologies.
• Develop assessments and evaluation methods to measure learner progress and business impact.
• Analyze performance metrics and feedback to continuously optimize training programs and maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and alignment with business needs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in instructional design or adult learning theory.
• 4–7 years of experience designing and developing engaging learning programs.
• 2+ years of experience facilitating training sessions or instructor-led learning.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline.
• Experience incorporating AI-enabled technologies to scale learning content creation.
