What you will do

• Manage a caseload of pre-litigated personal injury claims including road traffic, employers' liability, and public liability.
• Conduct initial merit assessments once cases exit the portal.
• Gather evidence from witnesses, medical professionals, and non-medical experts.
• Assess claim values and make informed decisions on disclosure.
• Attend meetings with clients, witnesses, experts, and third parties.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills with a strong client-focused approach.
• Ability to work efficiently, accurately, and meet strict deadlines.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from the Newcastle office.
• Knowledge of personal injury law, Pre-Action Protocols, and Civil Procedure Rules is advantageous.
