Location: Hybrid (Liverpool, UK) - requires 1 day per week in the office

What you will do
- Manage a caseload of pre-litigated motor claims from inception through to settlement.
- Identify cases for early litigation with high prospects of success and low risk.
- Ensure consistently high levels of service and productivity.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues within the firm to deliver quality results.
- Input and maintain accurate case data.
Requirements
- Law degree or a genuine interest in a legal role demonstrated through education or experience.
- 6-12 months of entry-level legal experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Liverpool for hybrid work.
