What you will do

• Manage a caseload of household and commercial property recovery files.
• Conduct investigations, review evidence, and handle disclosure.
• Draft legal documents and prepare pre-action and interim applications.
• Liaise with lay and insurer clients and instruct counsel and experts.
• Engage in settlement negotiations and assist with ADR and mediation.
• Deliver technical training seminars and workshops to insurer clients.

Requirements

• 4+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Previous experience in a defendant insurance litigation firm.
• Specific litigation experience relating to recoveries.
• Working knowledge of household and commercial recoveries.
• Ability to work with case management systems and prioritize complex workloads.
• Must be able to attend the office in Bolton, UK, at least once per week.
